Once design development is completed, we begin the marketing process by establishing the identity of the project and the theme that will best convey its unique aspect. The marketing process continues thereafter with the creation of marketing materials including web site, brochure, floor plans, advertising campaign and other collateral materials, as well as the creation of a sales or leasing office and model homes.
